Tie Card for Dad

   Construction paper
   Buttons or beads
   Scissors
   Glue
   Markers, crayons, colored pencils

Cut a wide V, going from each corner, out of the top of a piece of construction paper. Keep the outer edges lined up and fold over the flaps, then glue down.

Draw a line down the middle and glue a few buttons on the line to make a shirt.

Draw and cut out a tie shape on another piece of construction paper.

On the back of the tie write a special father’s day message like Happy Father’s Day.

Glue the top edge of the tie to the top of the shirt. You can now flip up the tie for a hidden father’s day message.
